much cheaper than a youth club2
Here in Wrexham, this is what the council has replaced youth clubs with -attractive shelters where young people can hang out, chill out and catch pneumonia. These photos would have been much more interesting had the shelters been full of aforementioned young people, but I have yet to see one occupied.
